Welcome to the 2025 Angaston Show

Welcome to the 2025 Angaston Agricultural, Horticultural and Floricultural Annual Show. The show is held annually at the Angas Recreational Park in Angaston, with the Horses in Action program running from Friday through to Sunday and Show Day on Saturday.

The Angaston Show is just one of the many South Australian Country Shows.

We exist to celebrate Agriculture, Horticulture and Floriculture in our region.

When and where does the Angaston Show take place?2024-01-07T03:37:04+10:30

The Show is held annually over the last weekend of February at the Angas Recreation Park, 13 Washington Street, Angaston, South Australia, 5353.

What time do the gates open?2024-01-07T03:37:11+10:30

The gates will open to the public from 9am-5pm on the Saturday of The Show weekend. The gates will be open all day on Friday and Sunday for the Horses In Action event.

How much is admission to the Show on Saturday?2024-01-07T03:37:17+10:30

$22 – Family Pass (2 adults + up to 3 children)

$10 – Adults

$8 – Pensioners

$2 – Children 5-16years

Free – Children under 5 years

Prepurchased tickets attract a discount.

How much is admission to the Show on Friday and Sunday?2024-01-07T03:37:23+10:30

Entry to The Show to view the Horses In Action is free on these days.

Can I purchase tickets online?2024-01-14T18:24:19+10:30

Yes, tickets can be purchased online through our website (using Showday Online) up until 9pm 23-2-2024. After this point, tickets will be available only at the gate.

What activities and attractions are available at the Angaston Show?2024-01-07T03:37:37+10:30

The Show offers various activities, including agricultural exhibits, The Show Hall, livestock, craft displays, live entertainment, the Kid’s Zone, The Children’s Discovery Trail showbag, Activity Stations, food vendors, market stalls, amusements, and so much more. As Show Day nears, a full list of activities and attractions will be made available.

Yes, there is limited parking available inside the gates at a cost of $5 on Show Day, or this is free with pre-paid tickets. Free street parking is available all around the showground.

Are dogs allowed at the event?2024-01-07T03:37:48+10:30

Yes, dogs are welcome to the Show. Dogs must be on a leash.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?2024-01-07T03:55:27+10:30

Yes, however, there will also be a variety of food vendors and community groups on-site offering delicious options. Please note, no alcohol is allowed to be brought on site during Show Day.

Is the event accessible for individuals with disabilities?2024-01-07T03:56:02+10:30

We strive to make our event accessible to everyone. Don’t hesitate to contact us in advance for information on accessibility and accommodations.

There are a limited number of car parks for disabled parking inside the Washington Street gate on the top side of the Show Hall. These spots cannot be pre-booked, but you are entitled to free car parking within the grounds with pre-paid tickets. Alternatively you can pay $5 on Show Day to park inside the gates in the stipulated areas. Under our safety and risk management rules, we cannot allow general public to drive elsewhere within the Show Grounds on Show Day.

How can I participate as a vendor or exhibitor?2024-01-07T03:38:05+10:30

If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please complete a Tradesite Application Form (click here for more information & application form).

If you would like to take part in one of the many competitions, please visit the “Show Competitions” page on our website for details on how to apply and participate.

Is there an ATM available on-site?2024-01-07T03:38:11+10:30

Yes, an ATM will be available on-site. However, remember to bring cash to participate in the many gold coin activities on the day.

Are there baby change facilities?2024-01-14T18:26:16+10:30

Yes. These are located in the Football Club Rooms and in the Tennis Club Rooms.

What happens in case of inclement weather?2024-01-07T03:56:21+10:30

The event will go ahead, rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather conditions, updates and announcements will be posted on our social media channels.
